I would give a one star for customer service. I purchased the wrong rose, one hundred per cent my mistake. However, when I contacted customer to refund or exchange the correct size, they left me with no answers or instructions. I feel I have just donated to their slush fund. I also feel that repeat sales for this company will be lacking in the future.
