I am a professional gardener, so I really, really need a GOOD sturdy knee pad! And this certainly fit the requirements! You probably cannot tell, but, it is caked in mud, we got rain the day after I received it, so no time like the present to break it in! I was worried about it being soaking wet, and caked w mud, but, a day to dry out in the car, and a few good whacks on the ground, she’s all , ok, mostly clean, not stiff and back in action.
Sturdy, a bit thicker than what I’m used to, but, works just fine. She moves along the ground well, and considering how short a time I’ve had it, taken a fair amount of abuse. It gets used every day, and seems to be up to the task! The fabric is strong and the carrying handle is long enough to hook on anything if you need to. Well stitched and sturdy. If you need a new one, or just one for occasional use, don’t waste your money on those ridiculous plastic bumpy things, they don’t last, and usually fall apart, and we certainly don’t need more of that in our landfills! I’ve never had one, but I can’t imagine it? Buying things that are well made, and built to hold up over time, is certainly the way to go! Just in case you were wondering, my old one is in a compost pile somewhere, reason for new one, just saying. But, I’m quite sure, I made the right choice! So, go order one, you’ll be quite happy you did, for a long time to come! Happy days,
