This knife is the absolute best! The handle is not only made of beautiful wood but is perfect and comfortable in your hand. I’ve had hand surgery and this makes gardening so much easier. It comes with a leather sheath so the knife is protected and there will be no risk of anyone accidentally cutting themselves. Be aware the edges on the knife are very sharp! Would highly recommend.

This garden knife is way cool. You can really get down and DIG what you need to remove or plant. I opted for the wooden handle that is perhaps not as ergonomic as a plastic one (for my smaller hands) but so far not having issues. A great Hori-Hori.

I’ve used a Hori Hori for many decades, close to fifty years and consider them my number one gardening tool I couldn’t do without. Their only drawback is that they are easy to lose in the garden, so I’ve had to buy another here and there. That’s when I discovered the Celtic Garden’s version of the Hori Hori. It has a handle of a beautiful hardwood. The tang runs the full length of the handle so it is virtually unbreakable. It is a beautiful tool as well as a functional one. Highly recommended as a gift too.

I love everything about it, except one thing…..sheathing the tool is difficult due to the sawtooth edge not able to slide smoothly in and out. The leather looks great, but a sheath made of polycarbonate or nylon might make the sheathing easier.

I was tired of reading the package for all the cheesy cheap made in china garden tools at the hardware store (so many of them have cancer warnings). They are made of materials that won’t last, aren’t sustainable, and won’t go back to the earth one day.
